A very impressive 19th Century gilt bronze table or jewellery casket, with canted corners, the pagoda top is a secret hinged box and the baroque style lower box also has a hinged lid, whilst there is a secret drawer with articulated animal tongue at the bottom of the casket. All covered with floral and vine decoration and standing on eight branch feet, in lovely condition.
